How is this different from Cybersecurity Awareness Training?
Awareness Training is focused specifically on security habits — phishing, passwords, data handling. This covers broader everyday tech skills plus AI usage and AI-specific risks. Many organizations book both, but each works as a standalone series.
Is this only for beginners?
The Computer & Technology Basics session is aimed at less technical staff, but the AI Usage and AI Security sessions are useful for almost any team — most organizations, technical or not, have staff already using AI tools without formal guidance.
Is this delivered in person or virtually?
Either — most sessions run well over video call, and in-person delivery is available for organizations in the Belleville, IL area.
Do we have to book all three sessions?
