MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC planned and cut over in the right order, with legacy domains retired cleanly so old addresses keep receiving until you say stop.

Migration plan & pilot
A written plan with the cutover sequence, the rollback path, and a pilot batch of real mailboxes migrated first — so the approach is proven on your data before it touches everyone.
Staged cutover
Mail is synced ahead of time and moved in batches, scheduled outside working hours. Nobody sits watching a progress bar instead of doing their job.
Verification & cleanup
Mail flow tested from outside, SPF/DKIM/DMARC confirmed passing, old tenant and legacy DNS retired on a schedule you approve — not the day we finish.

Common questions
Will our email go down during the migration?
No. Mail is synchronized to the new environment before anything is cut over, and the DNS change happens outside working hours. Messages sent during the cutover window queue at the sending server and deliver once the change propagates — they are not lost.
Do we lose old mail, calendars or contacts?
No. Full mailbox history moves with the account, including folder structure, calendars, contacts, shared mailboxes and distribution groups. A pilot batch is migrated and verified first so you can see exactly what arrives before the rest follows.
What happens if something goes wrong?
Every migration plan includes a rollback path agreed before the cutover starts. The source environment stays intact and receiving until you confirm the new one is working — it is not decommissioned on the day of the move.
Do you work with on-premises Exchange?
No. This is cloud-to-cloud work only. On-premises Exchange, Active Directory forest migrations and domain controller work are outside what we take on. If that is what you need we will say so on the scoping call rather than partway through the project.
